These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intylex, available at intylex.com, and any related services, features, software, tools, and functionality provided through the Service.

Intylex is operated by Krishn Patel, Founder of Intylex.

By creating an account, accessing the Website, connecting a YouTube or Google account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Intylex, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Intylex

Intylex is an online software service designed to help content creators analyze audience feedback and use AI-assisted tools to generate insights, ideas, reports, replies, and other content based on information made available through supported platforms.

Intylex may provide features including, but not limited to:

Upcoming video ideas
Comment and audience analysis
Comment reports
Video improvement recommendations
AI-generated replies
YouTube analytics-related features
Saved analyses and favorites
Calendar or reminder functionality
Other AI-powered creator tools

Features may change, be added, removed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the Service.

The current minimum age for using Intylex is:

13 years or older generally
16 years or older where applicable in the European Union

By using Intylex, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

If you are below the applicable minimum age, you must not create or use a Intylex account.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account.

You may register using:

Email and password
Google Sign-In

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

You must not:

Use another person's account without permission
Share your account credentials in a way that compromises account security
Impersonate another person
Provide deliberately false account information
Attempt to circumvent account restrictions or security controls

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect:

Your Intylex credentials
Your email account
Your Google account
Your YouTube account
Your connected third-party accounts
Any devices through which you access Intylex

If you believe your account or connected third-party account has been compromised, you should contact us promptly at: info@intylex.com

Intylex does not request your Google or YouTube password.

5. Connecting YouTube and Google Accounts

Certain Intylex features require you to connect a YouTube or Google account.

When you connect YouTube, you authorize Intylex to access information through the permissions presented to you during authorization.

Depending on the features you use, Intylex may access information such as:

Channel information
Video information
Public comments
YouTube Analytics information
Other information necessary to provide the requested functionality

You can disconnect your YouTube account from Intylex.

You can also revoke Intylex's Google authorization through Google's account-security controls.

Intylex's handling of Google and YouTube information is additionally subject to applicable Google and YouTube policies.

6. Google and YouTube Independence

Intylex is an independent software service.

Intylex is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Google LLC or YouTube.

Google, YouTube, and their respective trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Your use of YouTube through Intylex remains subject to YouTube's applicable terms, policies, guidelines, and restrictions.

7. Your Responsibility for Third-Party Platforms

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Intylex in connection with YouTube, Google, X, or any other third-party platform complies with that platform's applicable rules.

This includes, where applicable:

Terms of Service
Community Guidelines
Spam policies
Automation policies
API policies
Monetization requirements
Copyright requirements
Platform-specific restrictions

Intylex does not guarantee that using an AI-generated reply, recommendation, comment, or other output will comply with the rules of a third-party platform.

You should review and approve outputs where appropriate before publishing or submitting them.

8. AI-Generated Content

Intylex uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, reports, replies, ideas, analyses, and other outputs.

AI-generated content may be:

Incorrect
Incomplete
Inaccurate
Misleading
Outdated
Inappropriate for a particular context
Unsuitable for publication without review

AI outputs should be treated as suggestions or assistance rather than guaranteed facts.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, sending, or relying upon it.

Intylex does not guarantee that AI-generated content will produce a particular result, increase views, increase subscribers, improve engagement, or generate revenue.

9. No Guarantee of Growth or Results

Intylex is a software tool and does not guarantee any particular business, audience, content, engagement, subscriber, revenue, or platform result.

Your results may depend on factors outside Intylex's control, including:

Your content
Your audience
Your publishing strategy
Platform algorithms
Competition
Audience behavior
Third-party platform policies
Market conditions
Your own decisions and implementation

Statements or examples suggesting potential results are not guarantees of future performance.

10. Automated Replies and Actions

Certain features may generate or assist with automated replies or other content-related actions.

You are responsible for determining whether and how those outputs should be used.

You must not use Intylex to:

Spam users
Harass individuals
Impersonate others
Mislead audiences
Manipulate engagement deceptively
Circumvent platform restrictions
Conduct unlawful activity
Violate third-party platform policies

You are responsible for ensuring that automated activity associated with your accounts complies with applicable platform requirements.

11. User Content and Submitted Information

You may provide information, text, instructions, comments, account information, or other material to Comment AI.

You retain rights you already possess in your content, subject to the rights and permissions necessary for us to provide the Service.

By submitting or making content available to Intylex, you grant us the limited rights necessary to process that information to:

Provide the requested features
Generate AI outputs
Store results you choose to save
Maintain and secure the Service
Troubleshoot and operate the Service

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide information that you submit or authorize Intylex to access.

12. YouTube Data and Public Information

Intylex may process information obtained through authorized YouTube API access and publicly available information.

You acknowledge that YouTube data remains subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable policies.

Intylex does not claim ownership of your YouTube content, channel, comments, or other third-party platform content.

You remain responsible for your use of such information and for complying with applicable third-party terms.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Intylex to:

Break or circumvent applicable laws or regulations.
Violate another person's rights.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Commit fraud or deception.
Conduct phishing or credential theft.
Distribute malware or malicious software.
Attack, probe, or compromise Intylex's systems.
Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
Abuse or overload the Service.
Circumvent usage limits, credits, subscriptions, or technical restrictions.
Scrape or systematically extract Intylex's proprietary systems or data without authorization.
Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Use automated methods to abuse or interfere with the Service.
Use the Service to generate spam or abusive communications.
Use the Service in a manner that violates YouTube, Google, or another third-party platform's rules.
Resell or commercially redistribute Intylex functionality without our permission.
Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to API keys, credentials, tokens, databases, or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Third-Party Services

Intylex relies on third-party services and infrastructure, which may include:

Google
Firebase
YouTube APIs
Google Gemini
Amazon Web Services
Stripe
Resend
ScrapeCreators
Other infrastructure or service providers necessary to operate the Service

Third-party services may experience downtime, outages, policy changes, API changes, errors, or other limitations.

Intylex is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

15. Service Availability

We attempt to maintain a reliable Service but do not guarantee that Intylex will always be:

Available
Uninterrupted
Error-free
Secure
Fast
Compatible with every device
Compatible with every browser
Free from bugs or defects

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Updates
Infrastructure failures
Security incidents
Third-party outages
API changes
Network failures
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

16. Free and Paid Features

Intylex may provide free and paid features.

Free features may be subject to:

Usage limits
Credit limits
Rate limits
Feature restrictions
Fair-use restrictions

Paid plans may include:

Subscription limits
AI usage limits
Feature limits
Credit allocations
Other restrictions described at the time of purchase

We may change plans, pricing, limits, or included features in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented to you at purchase.

17. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services may be processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process your payment according to the purchase terms presented at checkout.

Stripe handles payment-card information through its payment infrastructure.

Intylex does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

Subscription pricing, billing intervals, included features, and applicable limits will be presented during the purchase process.

18. Subscription Cancellation

Where subscriptions are offered, you may cancel your subscription using the cancellation functionality made available through the Service or applicable billing interface.

Cancellation may stop future renewal but generally does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided by Intylex.

19. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for digital services are generally non-refundable after the applicable service period or usage has begun.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Credits and Usage Limits

Where Intylex uses credits, quotas, or usage limits, those limits may apply to specific features or plans.

Credits and quotas:

Are not money
Have no cash value
Are not transferable unless expressly permitted
May expire or reset according to the applicable plan
May be subject to reasonable usage restrictions

We may modify credit calculations or usage requirements where reasonably necessary to account for changes in AI providers, infrastructure costs, or Service functionality.

21. Intellectual Property

Intylex and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, features, documentation, and proprietary systems are owned by or licensed to the operator, except for third-party materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Intylex's intellectual property to you.

You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of Intylex or its proprietary components except where expressly permitted or required by applicable law.

22. Your Content

You retain ownership of content that you own and provide to Intylex.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any content, comments, videos, text, images, or other material you submit or authorize Intylex to process.

You must not use Intylex to process content in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

23. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or recommendations concerning Intylex, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve the Service without owing you compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you may have in feedback where applicable, but grant Intylex permission to use it for service-development purposes.

24. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You can review the Privacy Policy through the privacy page available on intylex.com (Privacy Policy).

Our Privacy Policy explains information collected through Intylex, including account information, YouTube information, AI processing, payment information, security information, data retention, and deletion.

25. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Intylex if we reasonably believe that you:

Violated these Terms
Abused the Service
Attempted unauthorized access
Engaged in fraudulent activity
Violated applicable law
Violated Google, YouTube, Stripe, or other applicable third-party rules
Attempted to circumvent usage restrictions
Created a security risk
Used the Service in a manner that could harm Intylex or other users

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before termination.

We may also suspend access immediately when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or infrastructure.

26. Effect of Termination

Upon termination or deletion of your account, your right to access Intylex may end.

Where applicable, account and associated information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-deletion requirements.

If you have connected YouTube, the applicable authorization may be revoked and associated stored YouTube/API information may be deleted in accordance with applicable requirements.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning:

Intellectual property
Liability limitations
Indemnification
Dispute-related provisions
Other provisions intended to survive termination

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMENT AI AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE:

ACCURATE
COMPLETE
RELIABLE
CURRENT
ERROR-FREE
UNINTERRUPTED
SECURE
SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT COMMENT AI WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AI-GENERATED INFORMATION BEFORE RELYING ON OR PUBLISHING IT.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

28. Third-Party Platform Risks

Intylex depends in part on third-party platforms and APIs.

Google, YouTube, Stripe, AWS, and other third parties may change:

Pricing
Availability
Policies
Access requirements
Technical requirements
Features
Rate limits

Such changes may cause Intylex features to become unavailable, restricted, delayed, or modified.

Intylex does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party integration.

29. YouTube Account and Channel Consequences

Intylex does not control YouTube's enforcement decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Intylex and its outputs complies with YouTube's applicable policies.

Intylex does not guarantee that using its features will prevent:

Channel restrictions
Content removal
Demonetization
Suspensions
Terminations
Reduced distribution
Other platform actions

Intylex is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by YouTube or other third-party platforms that result from your actions or use of their services, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

30. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMENT AI AND KRISHN PATEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
LOSS OF CONTENT

LOSS OF ACCOUNT ACCESS
REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM PENALTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMMENT AI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

31. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krishn Patel, Intylex, and their respective service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your unlawful use of the Service
Your violation of third-party rights
Your violation of YouTube, Google, or other platform rules
Content you submit or publish
Your misuse of AI-generated outputs
Your unauthorized use of another person's account or information
Your fraudulent or abusive activity

This obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.

32. Security and Unauthorized Access

You must not attempt to:

Hack Intylex
Circumvent authentication
Access another user's account
Obtain OAuth tokens belonging to another user
Access restricted databases
Probe or exploit vulnerabilities
Introduce malware
Interfere with the Service
Circumvent rate limits or technical controls

We may take appropriate action against attempts to compromise or abuse the Service.

33. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

This may include changes to:

AI models
AI providers
APIs
Credit calculations
Usage limits
Interface design
Integrations
Plans
Features

We do not guarantee that a feature will remain available indefinitely.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.

Your continued use of Intylex after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

35. Electronic Acceptance

By creating an account, clicking an acceptance checkbox, connecting a third-party account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Intylex after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Where the Service presents an acceptance checkbox, the checkbox should be left unchecked by default and must be affirmatively selected before the applicable registration or connection is completed.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

37. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Intylex Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated into the Service, constitute the agreement governing your use of Intylex, except where additional terms are expressly presented for a particular service or transaction.
