This Privacy Policy explains how Intylex ("Intylex," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Krishn Patel, Founder of Intylex, collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information when you use intylex.com and its related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, creating an account, connecting a Google or YouTube account, or otherwise providing information to Intylex, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who Operates Intylex
Intylex is an independently operated online software service.

Intylex is not currently represented as a separate incorporated company merely by using the Intylex name.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Intylex, we may collect or receive the following categories of information.
2.1 Account Information
When you create or use an Intylex account, we may collect:
- Email address
- Name or display name
- Password authentication information
- Profile picture where provided through Google Sign-In
- Preferred interface language
- Referral information, such as how you heard about Intylex
- Account preferences
- Account creation and account activity information
When you register using email and password, authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. Intylex does not store your plaintext password.
2.2 Google Sign-In Information
If you use Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication may provide Intylex with information associated with your Google account that is necessary to authenticate and operate your Intylex account, such as your email address, name, and profile picture where available.
We do not request or store your Google account password.
2.3 YouTube and Google API Information
If you choose to connect a YouTube channel to Intylex, we may access and process information made available through the permissions you authorize.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- YouTube channel ID
- Channel name
- Channel handle
- Channel thumbnail/profile image
- Video IDs
- Video titles
- Video thumbnails
- Video view and comment counts
- Public comments
- YouTube Analytics information, such as views, watch time, and subscriber gains
- Information necessary to perform features you explicitly enable
- OAuth authorization information
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
- OAuth scopes and connection timestamps
We do not collect or store your Google or YouTube password.
Intylex requests only the Google/YouTube permissions necessary for the features that require them.
3. YouTube Comments and User-Generated Content
Intylex may retrieve public YouTube comments when you use features that analyze or process comments.
Under normal operation, comments are processed transiently for the requested analysis and are not maintained as a permanent raw-comment archive.
However, if you choose to save an analysis, report, idea, or other result to your Intylex account, the saved result may contain portions of the underlying comment text, including verbatim quotations used as evidence.
Saved results remain stored until you delete them or they are otherwise removed in accordance with our data-retention and deletion practices.
You remain responsible for the content you submit to or process through Intylex and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
4. Information About Your Use of Intylex
We may collect information about how you use the Service, including:
- Features and tools used
- Usage counts
- AI usage and credit consumption
- Account activity
- Saved results and favorites
- Calendar/task settings where you enable them
- Subscription and plan information
- Service-related activity records
- API usage and operational information
- Error and security information
We may use this information to operate the Service, provide features, monitor usage, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the reliability of Intylex.
5. Sign-In and Security Information
For security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service administration, we may collect information associated with account sign-ins, including:
- IP address
- Approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, such as country, region, or city
- Sign-in timestamps
- Authentication-related information
- Browser or technical information where necessary for security and operation
We do not use this information to create advertising profiles.
We may retain limited security information for as long as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational purposes.
6. Billing and Payment Information
If you purchase a paid Intylex plan, we use Stripe to process payments and subscriptions.
Stripe handles payment-card information through its payment infrastructure. Intylex does not intentionally collect or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or equivalent raw payment-card credentials on its own servers.
Intylex may receive and store information necessary to manage your subscription and account, such as:
- Stripe customer ID
- Subscription information
- Plan information
- Payment status
- Billing-related identifiers
- Purchase history or transaction-related information
Stripe's own privacy practices apply to information that Stripe processes directly.
7. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through Intylex for purposes including:
Providing the Service
To:
- Create and authenticate your account
- Connect your YouTube channel when authorized
- Analyze comments and videos
- Generate AI-assisted content and recommendations
- Generate reports and insights
- Provide automated-reply functionality where enabled
- Provide YouTube analytics-related features
- Save results you choose to save
- Manage credits and usage limits
- Provide calendar/task features you enable
Operating and Maintaining Intylex
To:
- Maintain and operate our infrastructure
- Process API requests
- Monitor system performance
- Troubleshoot errors
- Maintain database integrity
- Prevent abuse and fraud
- Secure accounts and systems
- Maintain service reliability
Payments
To:
- Process purchases
- Manage subscriptions
- Confirm payments
- Maintain billing records
- Provide billing-related support
Communications
To send necessary service communications, including:
- Account verification messages
- Password reset messages
- Purchase confirmations
- Low-credit notifications
- Calendar/task reminders
- Other essential service-related communications
We do not currently operate an automated marketing or newsletter system through Intylex.
8. Google and YouTube Data — Important Disclosure
Intylex uses Google services and YouTube APIs to provide features that you explicitly choose to use.
Our use of information received from Google APIs is governed by Google's applicable policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable YouTube API policies.
Google/YouTube information is used only for purposes necessary to provide or improve the user-facing functionality for which it was requested and authorized.
We do not:
- Sell Google or YouTube user data
- Rent Google or YouTube user data
- Use Google or YouTube user data for advertising
- Use Google or YouTube user data for personalized advertising
- Transfer Google or YouTube user data to data brokers
- Use Google or YouTube user data for creditworthiness or lending purposes
- Request or store your Google or YouTube password
Google's Limited Use requirements also restrict transfers and human access to Google user data except in specified circumstances, and Intylex handles such data accordingly.
9. Google/YouTube Authorization and Your Control
When you connect YouTube, you authorize Intylex to access the information necessary for the features you have enabled.
You can disconnect your YouTube account from Intylex.
When you disconnect YouTube, Intylex revokes the applicable authorization where technically available and deletes the associated stored YouTube OAuth connection information.
You may also revoke Intylex's Google authorization directly through your Google account security settings.
Google Security Settings — Connected Applications
If you revoke authorization through Google, Intylex will process the resulting authorization change and delete the associated Google/YouTube API data in accordance with applicable Google and YouTube requirements.
YouTube's policies require API clients to provide users with a way to request deletion of stored API data and to delete applicable stored data within the required timeframe following a deletion request or revocation.
10. AI Processing
Intylex uses Google Gemini, including Gemini 2.5 Flash and applicable fallback models, to provide AI-powered functionality.
Information necessary to perform an AI feature may be transmitted to Google's Gemini API for processing.
Depending on the feature, information sent for processing may include information such as:
- Comment text
- Video titles
- Relevant video information
- User-provided instructions
- Information necessary to generate the requested analysis, report, reply, recommendation, or other output
We seek to send only information reasonably necessary for the requested feature.
We do not intentionally send your Intylex password, Google password, or OAuth credentials to Gemini for AI generation.
AI-generated results may be saved to your Intylex account when you choose to save them.
11. Third-Party Service Providers
Intylex relies on third-party providers to operate parts of the Service.
These may include:
Google / Firebase
Used for:
- Authentication
- Google Sign-In
- Google/YouTube API functionality
- Gemini AI processing
- Related infrastructure
Amazon Web Services
AWS infrastructure, including Amazon RDS, is used for database and infrastructure services.
Stripe
Used to process payments and subscriptions.
Resend
Used to send transactional and service-related emails.
ScrapeCreators
Used to retrieve certain publicly available YouTube/social media information and metadata used by Intylex features.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
12. Information Sharing
We may share or provide access to information when necessary to operate Intylex.
This may include sharing or making information available to:
- Google and Firebase
- Google Gemini
- YouTube APIs
- AWS and infrastructure providers
- Stripe
- Resend
- ScrapeCreators
- Other service providers that are necessary to operate the Service
- Authorities or other parties when required by applicable law or valid legal process
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not use your Google or YouTube data for advertising.
13. Human Access to Information
Access to user information is restricted and controlled.
Authorized Intylex administrators may have access to certain account and operational information when reasonably necessary to:
- Operate the Service
- Provide support
- Investigate security incidents
- Investigate abuse or fraud
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Maintain the database and infrastructure
- Comply with legal requirements
Access to sensitive Google/YouTube information is restricted and handled in accordance with applicable Google API requirements.
OAuth credentials are not intended to be exposed through the normal user interface.
14. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Security measures may include:
- Encrypted transmission of data
- Secure authentication through Firebase Authentication
- Restricted database access
- Protection of OAuth credentials
- Restricted administrative access
- Access controls
- Security monitoring
- Appropriate infrastructure security measures
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your own devices, email account, Google account, and authentication credentials.

15. Cookies and Local Storage
Intylex does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking systems as part of the deployed Service.
The Service may use essential browser technologies, including cookies, local storage, or similar mechanisms, for purposes such as:
- Maintaining authentication/session functionality
- Remembering interface preferences
- Remembering language preferences
- Remembering theme settings
- Maintaining onboarding preferences
- Supporting essential interface functionality
- Maintaining necessary security and service functionality
These technologies are not used by Intylex to sell your information or create advertising profiles.
16. Analytics
Intylex does not currently operate a separate third-party product-analytics system such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or Vercel Analytics as part of the deployed Service.
Intylex may maintain internal operational information and aggregated usage statistics for purposes such as:
- Service operation
- Credit management
- Cost monitoring
- Abuse prevention
- Security
- Reliability
- Product improvement
17. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business and operational records.
Different information may be retained for different periods depending on its purpose.
YouTube API Data
YouTube and Google API data is subject to applicable Google and YouTube retention and deletion requirements.
Where applicable, API data is deleted, refreshed, or otherwise handled within the timeframes required by YouTube's policies. YouTube's current policies place specific limits on storage and require deletion following certain revocation or user deletion events.
Comments
Raw comments retrieved for ordinary analysis are generally processed transiently rather than maintained as a permanent comment archive.
Comment text may persist when it forms part of a saved result or favorite that you choose to retain.
Account Information
Account information may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
18. Deleting Your Intylex Account
You can request deletion of your Intylex account through:
Settings → Delete Account
You may also request deletion by contacting: info@intylex.com
When you request account deletion, Intylex will delete or de-identify applicable information associated with your account in accordance with our deletion procedures and applicable legal and third-party requirements.
Where your account is connected to YouTube, the applicable YouTube authorization will be revoked and associated stored YouTube/API information will be deleted in accordance with applicable requirements.
Deleting your Intylex account does not delete information independently maintained by YouTube, Google, Stripe, Firebase, or other third parties. You must manage those third-party services separately where applicable.
YouTube's API policies require API clients to delete stored user data following an account deletion request within the applicable required timeframe.
19. Deleting Saved Information
You may delete saved Intylex results or favorites through the features made available within the Service.
Deleting a saved result may remove information contained within that result, including comment quotations or AI-generated content.

20. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
These may include rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information
- Request restriction of certain processing
- Object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request information about how your information is processed
- Request information about third parties with whom information is shared

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests in order to protect your account and personal information.
Some rights may be limited by applicable law or legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements.
21. Children's Privacy
Intylex is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Our current minimum-age requirement is:
- 13 years or older generally
- 16 years or older where applicable in the European Union
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where collection is not permitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
22. International Data Processing
Intylex uses service providers and infrastructure that may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live.
For example, our infrastructure and service providers may include Google, AWS, Stripe, Resend, and other third-party providers.
As a result, your information may be processed internationally.
Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international processing and to comply with applicable privacy requirements.
23. Third-Party Websites and Services
Intylex may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Google, YouTube, Stripe, or other platforms.
We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
Your use of those services is subject to their own privacy policies, terms, and practices.
You should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information directly to them.
24. YouTube and Google Independence
Intylex is an independent software service.
Intylex is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Google LLC or YouTube, except for its use of applicable Google and YouTube developer services and APIs.
Google, YouTube, and their respective names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
25. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes to how we use Google or YouTube user data, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required by Google's policies or applicable law, obtain additional consent before using that data for a newly disclosed purpose.
Continued use of Intylex after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intylex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Our use of Google user data is limited to providing or improving user-facing features and other purposes expressly permitted by Google's policies.
We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms or data brokers.
